We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer who is ready for a permanent position at Van Oord.

Are you experienced working onboard TSHD's and would like to use your knowledge and skills to work on these modern dredging fleet operating worldwide, please contact us immediately.

Function description

For Van Oord, we are currently looking for a highly experienced Chief Officer who would like to pursue his or her future on the advanced fleet of this global player in the dredging sector in a long-term employment.

As Chief Officer onboard these vessels, you will report directly to the captain, and work closely together.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Supervising and supporting execution of dredging process, production and navigation
• Co-responsible for managing the crew
• With high safety standards, you'll ensure all work is conducted safely and in line with Van Oord's protocols. You'll also receive an onboard introduction covering essential topics to support your start.
