We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team, focused on the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in engineering, paired with exceptional sales acumen. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and providing tailored solutions to our clients in the Oil & Gas industry.
Key responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Oil & Gas sector, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Technical Expertise : Leverage your engineering knowledge to provide technical support and guidance, ensuring our solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Solution Development : Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized solutions that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proposal Management : Prepare detailed proposals and presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations with clients, securing contracts that are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
- Customer Support : Provide ongoing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecast future sales through CRM tools.
