Job Description
IPSecure, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and implement customized workflows and a Business Acquisition Site in SharePoint to support and enhance our business processes. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Apps to create intuitive, efficient solutions tailored to our organization’s needs. This role requires a collaborative individual who can gather and analyze requirements, configure SharePoint components, and provide robust training and documentation for end-users. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in integrating Microsoft 365 tools and other third-party technologies to extend the platform's capabilities, particularly for business development, capture, and proposal management processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement a custom workflow in SharePoint to address specific business needs
- Configure SharePoint libraries, lists, forms, and permissions to support the workflow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workflow functionality
- Integrate third-party tools and technologies as needed to enhance workflow capabilities.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the workflow
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SharePoint environment or workflow functionality
- Build a Business Acquisition Site in SharePoint that includes business development, capture, proposal management activities for acquisition opportunities and projects. The Business Acquisition Site is based on an existing workflow (an industry standard process manual and screen shots will be provided) that includes, but is not limited to:
- Pipeline Development (Dashboard)
- Business Acquisition Site (templated for automated re-use)
- Libraries for the Business Acquisition Process (Business Development Library, Capture Library, Working Library, RFP Library, Past Performance Library, Graphics Library, Review Libraries, Project Management Library, Templates, Tools, and Techniques Library)
- Capture Plan
- Proposal Management Plan
- Links to Business Acquisition Websites
- Discussion Forums
- Lessons Learned (Customer and Internal)
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with expertise in building workflows using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), or custom SharePoint development techniques
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online or on-premises environments
- Experience with SharePoint permissions, lists, libraries, and content types
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is a plus
- Familiarity with client-side programming (JavaScript, jQuery), server-side programming (C#, ASP.NET), and REST APIs
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with expertise in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Apps
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online or on-premises
- Familiarity with workflows, permissions, and advanced list/library configurations
- Proficiency in client-side (JavaScript, jQuery) and server-side (C#, .NET) programming
- Experience implementing document management systems and workflow automation
- Understanding of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) or similar frameworks (e.g., Shipley)
- Experience working with business development, capture, and proposal management processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and integrations
Benefits
This is a Temporary position paid hourly on either 1099 or W2.
