About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Field Medical Director to lead our Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Team within US Medical Affairs (USMA).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and coaching of MSL direct reports to ensure the execution of Ipsen's field medical plans, strategy, and activities.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
