In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 to $61,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

The Creative Excellence Service Line helps our clients attain best-in-class advertising that drives business results.We do this by aiding Creative Development (help with creating advertising), Creative Assessment (help with assessing advertising and providing guidance to improve it) and Creative In-Market (ad tracking once the advertising is launched).

What You Can Expect To Be Doing
As part of the Creative|Labs team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing international quant/qual research projects
- Overseeing all operational components of research projects (from setup to launch to ongoing monitoring to completion) across multiple countries.
- Collaborating with Ipsos and beyond: Liaising with international Ipsos teams, Operational teams, and external research suppliers.
- Some flexibility of working hours. Inherent to international project management is working across time zones, requiring some early morning and/or evening meetings.
- Working with client advisory teams on questionnaire design, recruitment screeners, and analysis planning.
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through our collective team greatness.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proactive, “can do” attitude
- High attention to detail: ability to balance overall project goal with key milestones and tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, PowerPoint and Excel
- Self-starter with superior organization skills who thrives in a deadline driven environment
- MS Skills: You are proficient at Word, Excel and PowerPoint and would not shy away from conquering new software.
