As a Merchandise Coordinator at IPSY, you'll play a key role in making our beauty products stand out! You'll work closely with our team to choose the right products, create attractive assortments, and keep up with the latest trends. Your efforts will help members find what they love and ensure bags and boxes look great. This position reports to the Manager of Merchandising and is a hybrid role, based in Pembroke Pines, FL. Note: This role requires flexibility and the ability to be in-office 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Track and oversee products from selection to launch, ensuring seamless execution across all subscription boxes.
- Sample Coordination: Prepare and organize product samples for weekly pitch and feedback meetings, maintain digital assortment workbooks, and ensure all samples are properly filed and stored.
- Sample Tracking System: Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking, labeling, and archiving product samples, ensuring accessibility for key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and identify efficiencies within the merchandising process.
- Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain and review internal merchandising documents, trackers, and assortment lists to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
- Logistics & Coordination: Partner with our L.A. office and warehouse to ensure product samples and comps are received on time for meetings and cross-functional needs.
- A passion for beauty! Enthusiasm for beauty products and trends will make this person a valuable asset to our team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (with professional examples to prove it).
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Process driven, with a knack for organization, maintaining / updating documents, sample tracking processes, follow ups with teams and partners, etc. hands-on approach and refined process for the sample closet (organizing by subscription, getting rid of samples through the months, maintenance and development of the product closet)
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams
- Preference given to experience with Salesforce and Asana.
