• This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.
  
  

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall delivery of services
• Interface with government management personnel, staffing of all tasks, formulating and enforcing work standards
• Create personnel and project schedules
• Review work discrepancies and communicate government policies, purposes and goals to the team
• Communicate and manage staff work allocations and assignment progress to meet deadlines
  
  

 Requirements

• 10 plus years experience with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management & Leadership, or equivalent relevant Master's Degree or 15 plus years of experience with an equivalent relevant Bachelor's Degree
• Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification, or DAWIA Level III Program Management (PM)
• Active Secret Security clearance
