Role Description
This is a part-time/contractor opportunity for a Research Psychologist based in Tampa, FL with the potential to expand to full-time. The Research Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychometric ratings in the context of industry-sponsored clinical trials. Daily tasks will include patient assessments, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with research protocols. Must have familiarity with neuropsychiatric scales including: Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS), Hamilton Depression and Anxiety Scales (HAM-D, HAM-A), Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.), Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 (SCID), Mini Mental Status Exam (MMSE), Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale (ADAS-Cog), Neuropsychiatric-Inventory-Clinician rating scale (NPI-C), Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), and others.
Qualifications
- Experience in research, data analysis, and interpreting results
- Skills in patient assessment and record maintenance
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure research protocol compliance
- Strong understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders and current treatment methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Doctoral degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in clinical research is highly desirable
- Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification preferred
Salary : $40 - $55
