About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Account Director to lead and grow our top eCommerce clients. This is a leadership role where you'll drive digital strategy, manage key accounts, and help our team deliver top-notch results. You’ll work closely with internal teams, guiding them on strategy and execution while keeping clients happy and growing business opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead digital strategy for major eCommerce accounts, focusing on paid social, search, and programmatic.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and satisfaction.
- Guide the digital media team, providing strategic oversight and mentoring.
- Drive upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Be a trusted partner to clients, navigating challenges and delivering results.
Who You Are:
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with eCommerce or retail clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing accounts and teams.
- Comfortable leading strategy and mentoring others without needing to be hands-on with every campaign.
- A great communicator who can build strong client relationships and influence internal teams.
