CNO Analyst / Programmer San Antonio, Texas Active TS / SCI FSP Clearance On-Site Job Description As a CNO Analyst / Programmer you will lead software design and development of tools and / or end-to-end data flow. Other Responsibilities as a CNO Analyst / Programmer will include : Provide / author documentation, lead and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by software development procedures and processes. Provide / author and participate in technical presentations. Requirements U.S. Citizenship Active TS / SCI FSP Clearance Bachelor's degree Minimum 8 years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C , Java, Perl, or Python. Minimum 7 years of experience developing in Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments and / or UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments. Minimum 6 years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques, 5 of which were for the US Government. Minimum 4 years in network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs using expert understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.
