Kaleidoscope Affect, LLC is seeking experienced and dynamic instructors to support a high-visibility leadership development program for a defense-focused initiative. This project involves delivering seminar-style, workshop-based, and intensive week-long leadership training sessions to adult professional learners—ranging from new and emerging leaders to experienced supervisors and senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, in-person leadership training tailored to adult learners in defense settings.
- Deliver content on communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, and strategic leadership
- Integrate and interpret assessments such as MBTI Step II, Benchmark 360, DiSC, and CliftonStrengths into sessions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to reinforce growth and performance.
- Collaborate with the project team to align delivery with learning goals and participant experience levels.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience delivering leadership training to adult learners in military, federal, or corporate environments.
- 5 years of experience providing coaching to individuals and teams.
- Expertise in applying assessment tools in developmental settings.
- Required certifications: MBTI Step II and Benchmark by Design 360 (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in defense, national security, or federal agency leadership programs.
- Familiarity with federal leadership pathways and coaching in structured environments.
Availability
Candidates must submit a signed letter of availability and be prepared to deliver instruction over a 12-month period. Training schedules will be finalized based on project requirements and instructor expertise.
