Job Summary:
Join our unstoppable team of Work at Home, Customer Service Agents. Our team is looking for Bilingual (English/Spanish) agents who are passionate about succeeding for our customers and each other in an environment that is rewarding and fun. You make a connection that enhances the lives of your customers. Our team gives you the tools you need to move your career forward. Training schedule is 10:00am - 7:00 pm, Monday -Friday for 2 weeks. Must be flexible for production schedule range is 9:00am - 11:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, for a 40 hour work week. Bilingual pay is $15 per hour.
Internet Requirements
Hardwired Cable or Fiber Optic connection (no wireless or satellite)
- Modem must be able to directly connect to PC or laptop during working hours

* Handling inbound customer service calls.
* Resubmitting orders, taking payments,
* Processing returns, credits, tracking orders.
* Making customers a priority, showing empathy.
* Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.
* Ability to engage customers
* Prior customer service and sales experience a plus.
* Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude.
* Clear, distinct oral communications skills.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
