Position Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives across the organization. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to foster a positive workplace environment and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems effectively.
