Spectrum Partners LLC is an innovative small business providing IT and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients. We have unique strengths in complex, cross-organizational solution analysis, design, development, implementation, and change management supporting enterprise requirements.

We need an Contact Center Manager for a Full-time position.

Position : Contact Center Manager
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Position Type : Full-time position

Description

Leadership : Ability to lead a team effectively

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members, stakeholders, clients.

Technical Proficiency : Must have hands on knowledge of (Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite)

Required Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in business administration or Customer service, logistics, supply chain management

A candidate with master's degree is preferred

A candidate with 7 years of Customer Service experience

Required Certification :

CCXP,CSMC, Lean Six Sigma
