MDB Group, LLC seeks to fill a DOM Operations Senior Analyst Position with the HQDA G-8 at the Pentagon. We are a Small Business Administration Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defence. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. - Job Title: DOM Operations Senior Analyst
- Job Location: On-site, Pentagon
- Clearance: Secret

Position Description:
- Experience providing programming data analysis and quality control of documents presented to senior leaders.
- Requires military operations experience.
- Experience conducting quality control checks of Portfolio briefings and providing reports of analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and quality control of products presented to senior leadership for decisions or information purposes in support of briefings, working groups or other decision forums.
- Provide programming data analysis for the Program Objective Memorandum build, program reviews SPAR, and senior leader briefs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience.
- HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
- Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
- Bachelor s Degree
Preferred:
- 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
- Experience with Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
