Linkitall (LIA) is seeking a Training Coordinator who will handle logistics, participant scheduling, materials distribution, room bookings, and attendance tracking. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.
- Position: Training Coordinator
- Location: Leesburg, VA
- Position Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all training logistics, including coordinating venues, technology, and necessary equipment.
- Plan and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of participants and trainers.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring participants have access to necessary resources before sessions.
- Reserve and set up training rooms, coordinating with facilities teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and generate reports as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for trainers and participants, addressing inquiries and sending reminders.
- Assist in collecting feedback from training sessions and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure training records are properly maintained and comply with organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in training coordination, administration, or event planning preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and scheduling tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate training needs and resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
