Position Title : Database Administrator III
Min Clearance : TS / SCI W CI Poly
Position Location : Fort Meade, MD
Travel : Onsite

Position Description

The Database Administrator III is responsible for designing and creating SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces for the interconnecting system associated with the prototype. They also ensure security measures by managing user access and backups and by implementing instance tuning and security controls to safeguard the data management system(s). The Database Administrator III collaborates closely with Software Development Teams to support their needs. Moreover, they provide planning and guidance to the Database Administration Team, reviewing work products and results to ensure quality and consistency. They collaborate with other Database Administrator IIIs.
