One of our clients needs a Operations Support Specialist for a permanent position.
Position : Operations Support Specialist
Location : Hybrid
Position Type : Full time
Work Authorization : US Citizens
Responsibilities :
- Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support new employees through the clearance process.
- Review RFP and RFQ submissions for accuracy.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing laws and best practices.
- Produce a wide range of documents, which may include word processing, information management, report preparation, information gathering, communication, etc.
