Role Summary :
The Avaya Engineers will ensure implementation of best practice solutions for voice communications services. They will manage and implement voice solutions using Avaya Aura 8.x systems including but not limited to Session Manager, Communications Manager, Media Manger, Systems Manager, Avaya G450 / G430 Gateways, Voice network provisioning (voice VLAN / Access VLANs), Voicemail.The Engineers will provide Tier 3 / 4 support to over 40,000 customers in the continental US, document voice networks, prepare and perform migrations plans. Be part of a team that is architecting the next generation worldwide voice platform integrating Avaya, Microsoft Teams Call Plan, Teams Direct Routing and Cisco Session Border Controllers and grow your skills in the future of Voice Technologies.
