Position requested:
· Maintenance and Custodial Technician for a fast-paced therapeutic services agency.
· This position is responsible for performing a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties:
· Ensuring the cleanliness of interior and exterior of facilities
· Complete minor building maintenance, such as touch up painting, hanging pictures and shelving, replacing air filters, etc.
· Respond to maintenance service requests, troubleshooting problems and making repairs
· Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
· Follow all applicable department and practice policies and procedures
· Maintain patient confidentiality; complies with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality guidelines established by the practice
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to pass a state and national background check
· Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Two to five years of custodial and/or maintenance experience
· Experience with facilities maintenance or a similar role
· Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to traverse uneven grounds
· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
