Recall Support Center Agent

In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for Recall Support Center Agent to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities.
  • Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
  • Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols.
  • Data entry and management within provided database.
  • General clerical duties
  • Perform research to schedule remediation trips for recalls.
  • Polite and professional phone demeanor
  • Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Use of SAP and Salesforce (plus but not needed)
  • Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required (plus but not needed)
  • Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Detail-oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

The potential base pay range is from 24 to 27 per hour, depending on experience.

Willing to work 7am to 3:30 PST but also flexibility if hours change.

The potential base pay range for this role is 28 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
