Associate Director of Marketing, IQVIA Digital (Remote)

IQVIA Digital seeks a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Marketing to spearhead our product and partner marketing strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in driving the go-to-market (GTM) process for new products and feature launches, creating impactful promotional and sales enablement materials, and building strong relationships with our top clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and content marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.

This role will collaborate closely with product, sales, and commercial strategy teams. This position reports to the head of marketing for IQVIA Digital.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, lead, and implement product marketing strategies to drive adoption and increase market presence, managing all marketing related activities, including short and long-term planning functions, and sales support and promotions
• Identify and develop compelling case studies, product collateral, speaking opportunities (podcasts, webinars, panels), and other marketing materials to highlight product benefits and customer success stories.
• Plan, manage, and measure multi-channel campaigns (paid, earned, owned) and communications for critical product launches and releases.
• Partner with product and commercial strategy teams to define product positioning and key messages, and gain and apply insights from market research and competitive intelligence to ensure market differentiation and customer satisfaction.
• Lead strategy and execution of co-marketing initiatives with agency and AdTech partners.
• Identify opportunities for and support strategic product alignment with other IQVIA business lines.
• Establish regular reporting and analysis of efforts that will uncover insights, demonstrate successes, and drive recommendations to enable continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with the events and content teams to support product and partner marketing initiatives at industry events, client engagement, and through various content channels.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,600.00 - $201,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
