As an Associate BioServices Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to IQVIA scientific standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing and conducting projects throughout their lifecycle, including method development, validation, and sample analysis.
- Collaborating with Scientific Team Members, Technical Writing, and QC to ensure timely project completion.
- Reviewing validation and bioanalytical reports for completeness.
- Maintaining communication with customers, providing daily updates on active projects.
- Resolving sample discrepancies and monitoring project progress.
- Providing regular project status updates to management.
- Preparing validation and sample analysis plans.
- Reviewing data for scientific quality.
- Coordinating and visiting customer sites.
- Working with business development staff to prepare quotes for assigned customers.
- Approving validation experimental designs and preparing data for external presentations.
- Ensuring projects are archived in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.
- Complying with all applicable regulatory standards, including Good Clinical and Good Laboratory Practices.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field.
- 3 years of related experience in an ADME laboratory environment.
- Understanding of liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometry.
- Experience in sample extraction and routine laboratory procedures.
- Understanding of method development and validation of assays.
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:

- Expertise in sample extraction and routine laboratory procedures.
- Strong understanding of method development and validation of assays.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $76,300.00 - $127,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $76,300 - $127,100
