Centralized Outsourcing Operations Hub (COOH)

IQVIA's COOH includes Patient Support Services (PSS) across our Access and Affordability business lines. Our Access team provides hub services including reimbursement, patient assistance, adherence, and in-home solution support.

Opportunity for Seasoned Business Analysts

Join us as we continue to grow and support the PSS business. We are seeking seasoned Business Analysts who can work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of PSS operations, systems, and processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Consultative approach in client meetings
• Writing business requirements documents and creating supporting materials
• Facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• At least 8 years of business analyst experience, preferably in Patient Support Services
• Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience required
