In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for Sr Level Call Center Support to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers as instructed by the client
- Take inbound phone calls from customers
- Triage needs of customers
- Provide in depth customer support
- Handle customers escalated from other call center agents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience required
- Experience scheduling with customers required
- Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required
- Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required
- Use of SAP and Salesforce (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word

The potential base pay range for this role is 28 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
