The potential base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $113,300 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting a major pharmaceutical company to provide education of disease state awareness and treatment options while maintaining and growing customer relationships in the cardiovascular marketplace. The position requires someone with a strong business acumen that can work in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical field sales experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of cardiovascular sales experience required
- Experience preparing and executing business plans for targeted prospecting areas
- Experience working within a team environment
- Documented history of successful sales performance in a competitive environment
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to identify key decision makers. Develops new business by initiating and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with HCPs and non-target HCPs (i.e. physicians, NPs, PAS, etc.)
- Consistently utilizes all available resources to monitor and manage business
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends (Approximate travel up to 50-70% of the time)
- Must live with in assigned geography
- Demonstrate high collaborative skill sets within a team environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Opportunistic and finds ways to win in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated business acumen
