Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their IRA accounts, cryptocurrency, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on account related matters.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on next steps for requested investments on their custodian-controlled IRA Account, on the selection, purchase, and management of cryptocurrency assets, as well as addressing any related inquiries or issues.
- Assist clients with understanding their business goals and financial needs. Provide detailed guidance on the investment options and preferences.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized support to meet their retirement planning needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRA rules and regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration or retirement accounts, preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
