- Provide expert guidance and support to clients and internal staff regarding IRA compliance, rules, regulations, and account-related inquiries via phone.
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and industry-specific IRA regulations to ensure proper compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve IRA-related compliance issues, including but not limited to contribution limits, distributions, and rollovers.
- Stay informed about changes in IRS guidelines and other regulatory updates affecting IRA accounts and adjust procedures accordingly.
- Educate clients on IRA rules, eligibility, and tax implications to ensure their accounts are properly managed and compliant with regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration, IRA compliance, and other relevant compliance standards.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
