DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and provide leadership to central region merchandisers and mentors, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and Exchange managers in all CONUS stores, fostering strong working relationships.
- Lead efforts in recruiting and onboarding new merchandisers to strengthen and expand the team.
- Monitor and evaluate merchandiser performance, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all merchandising activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in the central region.
- Address and resolve issues related to merchandising, staffing, and store relations in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of outreach initiatives to improve engagement and performance within the region.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and company growth.
