Overview
Ira Green, Inc is looking to fill a vacancy on our field sales team. We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented, professional at Camp Shelby Mississippi for a 1099 contract opportunity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that merchandise is displayed effectively, promoting sales and improving customer engagement. Approximately 20-24 monthly, with approximately 60 hours a month in the summer months due to training influx. Starting Pay: $17-$19
Job Summary
In this position you will manage Military insignia stock assortments with our corporate office, stock merchandise, conduct inventories and build relationships with managers/customers to ensure the needs of Exchange stores are met or exceeded. You will work independently to meet the needs of their store locations with a flexible schedule.
Duties
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with marketing goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise displays to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are adequate and manage inventory control processes.
- Utilize administrative skills to document and report on merchandising activities, including sales performance and inventory status.
