Create and manage Product Development Projects in Irca Group's Commercialization pipeline from initiation to completion. This critical role will function as a central point of communication throughout the project lifecycle, interacting with all departments involved in product development from sales and marketing through R&D and Ops to ensure delivery of superior products on time and on budget to Irca's customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables throughout the Product Development Process (PDP).
- Identify and follow up on action items to ensure completion with project team(s)
- Identify project risks and provide mitigation plans where applicable
- Ensure Program and Project alignment to IRCA corporate strategic goals
- Ensure cross functional alignment with internal and external stakeholders on project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify project scope changes, assess any potential impacts to the project plan or project schedule and address as needed
- Provide regular updates on project health, status, critical deliverables, and roadblocks
- Serve as a process champion, focusing on best practices and process adoption / rigor throughout the PDP
QUALIFICATIONS
70,000 - $90,000 a year
Base salary offered up to $90,000.00 USD plus Annual Bonus.
