We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our plant operations. We are seeking a person whose leadership drives results, while building trust and collaboration with all departments. The Supervisor will manage a team of 15-20 employees on 2nd shift. The Supervisor will mostly work during the week, Monday- Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30PM.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, leading a team in a production setting.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage production challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software (ERP systems, etc.).
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the production floor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment with moderate noise.
