What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Tutor position at iReadingTUTOR?
Teach a 5th grader in the clients home or nearby library mostly math and some ELA skills if time allows.
They are available M- F during the day - available after 3 pm M, W, F
Looking for Candidates with Elementary Ed., Special Education, Communication, literacy, SLP, Science of Reading, Orton Gillingham experience.
Prefer college of education or Special Needs candidates with some student contact experience.
Effectively communicate with parents and tutoring center as needed. Take attendance in a tutoring portal after each session.
This is a contract position- you will get an independent contractors agreement and 1099 in Jan 2026.
