Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective disease management strategies to enhance patient care and comply with clinical measures.
- Facilitate seamless referrals for patients requiring additional support, promoting a collaborative care environment.
- Contribute to staff outreach and off-site healthcare initiatives that leverage Family Medicine expertise.
- Deliver personalized care services tailored to the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Ensure adequate coverage at multiple iRecruitMD centers, adapting to changing operational needs.
- Support the Chief Medical Officer in arranging flexible scheduling, including off-hours and Saturday clinic coverage.
- Maintain open communication with the clinical team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Residency-trained physician with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Valid Florida medical license and DEA certificate.
- Current malpractice insurance and medical staff privileges at an accredited hospital.
- AHA BLS certification.
