Description :
Responsible for assisting the Payroll Specialist, Comp and Benefits Administrator, and members of IHS with payroll, benefits and employment functions. Assists the Human Resources team with responsibilities related to overall operations.
Has limited access to patient health information.
This position is full-time, but the hours can be flexible.
Requirements :
High School Graduate required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, preferred.
2-4 years of payroll experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Previous experience with an HRIS platform including payroll operations preferred.
