About the Role
- The successful candidate will work on the 3 North - MS Float unit, providing high-quality patient care to children and adolescents.
- The Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective treatment plans.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Benefits and Requirements
- EOW (every other weekend) rotation and float rotation are required.
- Prefer 48 hours per week, but open to 36 hours per week.
