As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to all food handling safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with sales techniques and upselling is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for ensuring guest safety.
