Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $35,838 - $50,000 (based on education, experience, and actual earnings, including bonuses and overtime).
- Average Annual Income: $43,775, with full-time work hours and performance-based incentives.
- Company Car Program: Eligible employees can use a company-provided vehicle for work and opt for personal use with a flat fee covering fuel, maintenance, registration, and insurance—potentially adding $7,000-$8,000 in value per year.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must have:
- An Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience providing services to families; OR
- A High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience providing services to families.
