This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring it meets our high standards for quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, developing effective construction strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and organize construction activities to meet project requirements
- Manage external relationships with regulatory authorities, auditing bodies, and service providers
- Provide strategic risk and compliance advice across construction activities
- Coordinate Construction Work Packages with Engineering and Procurement
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including health and safety and claims management
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure and construction, preferably in North America
- Comprehensive knowledge of EPCM project delivery models and industry standards
- Working knowledge of relevant construction and electrical standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
