Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and will be based in Sweetwater, Texas. We are looking for a skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in the Infrastructure and Construction sector, specifically in Data Centers and the cryptocurrency environment. Your expertise in project design and management, compliance, and effective reporting will be essential for the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, organization, and budgeting of all construction and maintenance work, ensuring high safety and quality standards are met on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, service providers, and vendors.
- Provide strategic risk and compliance advice for the construction of the Sweetwater Facility and associated infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project frameworks, schedules, compliance measures, and execution plans.
- Ensure collaboration across teams to define and coordinate Construction Work Packages with Engineering and Procurement.
- Identify and manage current and future project risks, maintaining registers related to compliance, health, safety, and project deliverables.
- Manage audit engagements and the document management system for projects.
- Offer technical support regarding construction to project teams.
- Streamline and improve frameworks, policies, and processes related to project compliance.
- Create effective training programs for the implementation and updating of risk and compliance tools.
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct training seminars on compliance issues relating to the project.
