As the Sales Manager - AI & HPC Solutions , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the GPU cloud computing and colocation services sectors. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will maintain a transparent and organized sales pipeline, collaborate across teams for optimization, and ensure a customer-centric approach backed by insightful feedback.
This role demands a solid understanding of market dynamics and the ability to provide strategic insights based on industry trends, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities. Exceptional networking skills will be essential as you build and foster important industry relationships.
Please note : this is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travel requirement : 40% - 75%, particularly to the San Francisco / Silicon Valley area and Vancouver.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue in the GPU cloud computing and colocation services markets.
- Regularly update executive leadership on key performance metrics, lead generation, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and sustain a transparent sales pipeline with strategic alignment.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline effectiveness.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach by collecting and utilizing customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Create and present customer retention strategies to drive business success.
- Partner with the finance team to manage and enhance the budget for sales initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations informed by market dynamics, customer insights, and industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to refine business development strategies.
- Leverage strong networking abilities to cultivate relationships within the industry and with prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Prepare research analyses and presentations on critical business issues.
- Engage in external relations to communicate key messaging aligned with IREN's AI / HPC strategy.
- Contribute to pertinent documents such as investor presentations and monthly / quarterly reports.
- Support the preparation of the Annual Report and related filings as necessary.
