Partner with operational management of the APAC Wealth Management business to support the formulation and implementation of strategy and financial targets, and deliver insight and data to support decision making and the achievement of financial targets. Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with: Support operational management develop and implement strategies to achieve business and financial goals Deliver monthly financial insight and data to support decision making and the achievement of financial goals Support tracking and delivery of insight into key operational projects Support delivery of annual and half year materials for the market / investor relations Deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and 5 year financial projections Oversee preparation of revenue opportunity pipelines and deliver insight Develop reporting to increase automation and provide greater insight into business performance and profit opportunities Effective management and coaching of one direct report (business analyst) Deliver ad hoc projects to assist decision making including business case development, contract renewals, tendering, project and cost analysis, process improvement and provision of commercial decision support What you will bring: Demonstrated success partnering with businesses to formulate and drive strategy and provide insight to support decision making and achieve financial goals Ability to understand the business think strategically and commercially and work autonomously to become a trusted adviser to the business and an important part of its success Ability to develop strong and respected relationships with senior stakeholders, challenge thinking, approach and financial targets Ability to demonstrate highest levels of ownership on accountabilities, with uncompromising standards.
