What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at iRevive?
Summary:
Do you love how it feels to helps others? At iRevive, helping customers with their Apple products is our specialty. As a Cusotmer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact customers are welcomed by when they enter the store. Your role is to provide a buffer between new customers and our repair technicians. Your day involves discovering customer needs and determining the best resolution for any service or repairs. You will assist customers with general questions such as showing customers how to set up their iPhones and Macs. At other times, you refer customers to our repair technicians for more complex questions and diagnostics. You are an integral part of our company by building customer relations.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong communications skills that allow customers to feel comfortable.
- A general understanding of the Apple ecosystem including iPhone, Mac, and iCloud.
- Ability to teach customers how to use their Apple products (i.e., setting up email, creating an AppleID).
- Tentative customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and managing appointments.
- Interacting with clients and potential customers.
- Listening and understanding customer concerns.
- Asking questions to determine best resolutions.
- Educate customers on why specific repairs would or wouldn’t benefit them.
- Update customers with proper turn around times on repairs.
- Respond to email and phone call inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on current repair trends and Apple products.
- Stay up-to-date with current Apple recalls.
- Upkeep store lobby.

Mon-Fri : 10a - 6p with a 30 minute lunch break at 2:30p
