What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at IRG Financial?
We are family-run Health Insurance Agency in Laredo, Tx. We are looking for someone to assist with a customer service position, answering and making outbound calls, sending texts, emails, processing documents, filing folders, handling sensitive information. We are looking for someone long-term that can understand that there is a lot of room for growth in the industry of insurance and can also have the opportunity to be able to make independent sales by obtaining their license. We'd like someone who has interest and or experience in the health and life insurance industry but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think analytically
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
