WHO YOU ARE:
- A WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes.
- You have previous pediatric experience.
- A passionate therapist looking to connect with your community, create a unique and innovative patient experience and establish meaningful connections
- A therapist capable of building strong rapport with clients and families from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy
- Ability to utilize new technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client’s engagement and increase efficiency
PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:
- Base salary: $78,000-$93,000 depending on experience
- Additional earning potential: Shared reward intelligent compensation program in which therapists can select a percentage of their base salary and percentage of pay based on performance. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn well over 100K with base salary performance pay.
