This opportunity will give you the expertise to oversee a dynamic portfolio of real estate assets, including commercial, industrial, and office properties.

As a Property Manager Trainee , youll work closely with industry experts and rotate through multiple departments to gain a 360-degree view of property management. Areas of focus include :

- Portfolio & Asset Management
Each rotation is designed to build your skills and provide a deep understanding of operational best practices, financial oversight, risk management, and property enhancement strategies.
By the end of the program, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage commercial / industrial / office assets. You will be equipped with the knowledge, insight, and operational expertise to achieve both IRGRA's and the client's financial objectives , ensuring properties operate at peak performance.
