Job Description:
We’re looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team! If you’re self-motivated, love connecting with people, and are driven by success, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and door-to-door canvassing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.
- Track sales activities and manage leads using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
- Training Period: Two-month base salary for financial stability during onboarding.
- Commission-Based Model: Unlimited earning potential after training, with commissions on every closed sale.
