Key Responsibilities:
IRI has an opportunity for recent college graduates in psychology, social work, special education, business, or computer science to work in a number of managerial, program, administrative and clinical functions and educational experiences . IRI will provide training and supervision from doctoral level and masters level executive staff and clinical staff to ensure that the graduates are offered a rich training and development experience in classroom management, teaching, management, habilitation, and clinical coordination. Graduates will be paid an annual salary of $40,000 and be afforded a competitive set of benefits to include health insurance at the completion of 90 days. Graduates will spend time in an area of interest and fit and be provided intensive training both inside and outside the agency. Training will be hands-on and we use a buddy system where the graduate will be paired with a seasoned manager, teacher, habilitation specialist, behavior intervention specialist to ensure there is a role model and that the practices are aligned with most effective protocols. At least once per week, an hour-long coaching session with the CEO of the agency will be held with the sole purpose of teaching the next generation of human services leaders. This training opportunity is one year long and at its conclusion, graduates who have shown competencies in key areas, potential, initiative, and willingness to learn will be hired at a permanent position.
