Structural Steel Sales Representative
Location: 275 Glory Lane, Leander, TX
Salary: $60,000 (Based on Experience) Uncapped Commission (Performance-Based)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

With project scopes ranging from $100K to $3M, we are looking for a driven and experienced Structural Steel Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth.
Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in structural steel sales. The ideal candidate MUST have experience handling large-scale commercial and multifamily projects, reading blueprints, and building strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial and multifamily construction sector
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and architects
Review blueprints, project specifications, and bid documents to provide accurate quotes
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals
Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure smooth project execution
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in structural steel sales (Multifamily & Commercial projects)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with estimating software and construction bidding processes
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
