We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Senior Manager of Embedded Software Engineering. In this role, you'll lead and supervise junior and senior engineers engaged in multiple projects developing cutting-edge embedded/realtime software for transceivers. You'll coach and mentor staff to develop high-quality products that delight our customers, innovate solutions that keep Iridium ahead in the industry, and continuously improve processes and tools to generate value at a consistent pace. As a mobile product engineering manager, you'll be responsible for planning, developing procedures, and analyzing all software aspects of Iridium transceivers. Additionally, you'll work cross-functionally to instill a strong culture of product quality within the organization.
